The following packages are for event rates as time for hire or for budgetary or forecasting purposes. They do not include any hard prints or processing and are provided in the digital format you require ( JPG, NEF-RAW). Clients that choose the Platinum package,  typically maintain unlimited rights to use images as they choose and will be provided hi-res files on CD/DVD. Copyrights are still held by EntertainmentXP. Different arrangements can be discussed with regard to copyrights and there usage. If you require retouching or deep editing, beautification, etc. are beyond a couple photos, there will an hourly fee associated for that time. This can be a very time consuming effort but well worth the expense to make your images and your products look their best and with impact. We require full access backstage passes for all Event/Concerts we are hired for.

Event photography is geared towards people who want professional coverage at social gatherings that have a large group of people. This can include music concerts, fashion shows, social evenings, sweet 16 birthdays, cookouts, or charity functions (theres a discount for charity events). The choice is yours. With event coverage, we take candids as well as action shots during the main highlights.

Payment Method - All packages require a down-payment. You can also choose to pay in full before the event. Promotion starts when the down payment has been received. The other portion of the payment MUST be paid upon photographers arrival at the event before taking any pictures. We are using secure Paypal payment method. You can pay directly form your Credit Card via Paypal and NEVER store your card information on our site. PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay at the online store safely, easily, quickly and free.

Promotion (Gold & Platinum Package) - Your event flyer will be posted on our website. This will be on our Events page and the region's Gallery Pop-Up. We will also do a blast on our facebook and twitter page for the last week prior to your event. This blast includes posting 3 links daily for the one week period to promote your event.

EntertainmentXP.com reserves the right to review and approve the suitability of the advertisement submitted. We may reject or cancel any advertisement for any reason which it believes in good-faith to be detrimental. If we so rejects a client's advertisement or terminates its display, then this agreement shall be terminated, and EntertainmentXP.com will return any prepaid advertising fees to Client.

Prohibited Content Advertisements shall not contain:

(i) any content promoting the use of alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances; nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content;

(ii) any content which is explicative or inappropriate language;

(iii) content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate, "spam", mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice which is not permitted under law;

(iv) content that is libelous, defamatory, contrary to public policy or otherwise unlawful or any other content deemed inappropriate by EntertainmentXP.com in its sole discretion. Use of any such inappropriate content by a client will result in the suspension, termination and removal of the advertisement or any other action deemed necessary by EntertainmentXP.com in its sole discretion.

ADVERTISING POLICY

The following are certain general terms and conditions governing advertising published with EntertainmentXP, LLC. and any of its associated products. Rates are always subject to change and are based on scheduled seasons, holiday, and demand. Advertisers may not cancel orders for, or make changes in, advertising after the verbal or written contract has been closed. EntertainmentXP, LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in any advertising materials provided by the advertiser or its agency (including errors in key numbers) or for changes made after the contract has been closed. EntertainmentXP, LLC may reject or cancel any advertising for any reason at any time. Advertisements simulating the company's editorial material in appearance or style or that are not immediately identifiable as advertisements are not acceptable. EntertainmentXP, LLC shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to publish or circulate all or any part of any issue(s) of an online or printed advertisment because of work stoppages, accidents, fires, acts of God or any other circumstances not within the control of the company.

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding for all ticket purchases.

• No exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable.
• No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement.
• The tickets may be collected at the box office of the venue the date of the event 2 hours before the beginning of the event. Purchaser MUST present proper identification such as Passport, Drivers Licenses and Booking Reference upon ticket collection. The identity of the person receiving the refunds may be recorded by our Customer Service Officers.
• No third party collection allowed unless Authorization Letter is issued by the Purchaser and presented to EntertainmentXP, LLC upon ticket collection. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from EntertainmentXP.com or other authorized points of sale.
• The resale of tickets is prohibited. EntertainmentXP, LLC reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold.
• Infants in arms or children without tickets will not be admitted unless otherwise stated in event advertisements or announcement.
• Student and Senior Citizen passes (and others where applicable) must be shown to obtain discounts (where applicable) and upon admission.
• Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performances.
• Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
• No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
• The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
• The Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
• The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
• The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• Information is collected from those registering with EntertainmentXP, LLC in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
• Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.
• Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter.

• If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the ''Notices'' or individually, a ''Notice'') respectively shall be placed in the media by the Promoter or it’s PR Representatives. Any refund made by EntertainmentXP LLC shall only be made out of sums held by EntertainmentXP LLC for the Promoter as authorized by the prior written agreement of the Promoter. The amount of refund will be made on a pro-rated basis (''Pro-rated Amount'') in accordance with the amount of the said sums held by EntertainmentXP LLC and the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. EntertainmentXP LLC shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the Pro-rated Amount under any circumstances.
• EntertainmentXP LLC shall not be liable and under no obligation to make any refund at all in the event that the Promoter did not pay in advance the said sums to EntertainmentXP LLC.
• The Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
• Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at EntertainmentXP LLS's sole discretion.
• In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards with which the tickets were purchased. If such credit cards are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and condition below shall apply.
• Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded by check. Ticket Holders will have to produce the full stub of the original tickets in good condition to claim refunds. Ticket Holder shall submit a front photocopy state I.D. or drivers licenses to facilitate the check issuance.
• The Ticketing Fee and the Booking Fee will not be refunded.
